Each owner comes to the table with a wealth of knowledge that spans across the business world. Chris Disney has over 35 years experience in retail sales and store ownership with Sears. His ability to recognize changes in the marketplace, organize data, and present them to the other owners is definitely his strength. Pat Disney has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate, brokerage, and construction field. At on point she had her General Contractors license which helps in the tile industry. Mitch Fischmann has worked in Corporate America and also holds a degree in Business Management. His ability to bring big corporate ideas to the small business has helped tremendously. His retail sales approach is a strength that Tile Outlet relies on. Diana Fischmann has owned and operated her own business for several years. She understands the in-and-outs of a small business. Her ability to talk with anyone allows her to be a strong marketing force. Today the Carson store has Mitch Fischmann, Rick Griego, Dave Soulage, and Dave Rikalo to service our customer base. Mitch has the privilege to manage these employees. Rick Griego has been with Tile Outlet sales team for over 4yrs. He was raised in Carson City and thus has many contacts. He has an extensive background in the customer service industry. Dave Soulage also has been with Tile Outlet for over 4yrs. He is our truck driver and ensures that material scheduled for pickup is streamlined. It is crucial that our product is in stock for our customers. Dave Rikalo is our newest member. He has a strong retail presence about him. He is very upbeat and energetic. He has the ability to pickup on new ideas quickly.
